The Global Management Challenge finished in the month of February in Angola with the victory of the team AMA Lobito, a mixed team of 4 elements (3 executives and 1 student, sponsored by Atlantic Millennium Academy. It is this team that will compete for the title of international champion, representing this country in the international final to be held in April, in Ukraine.
In the 2011 edition of the Global Management Challenge in Angola, participating were 42 teams involving approximately 210 participants from Agostinho Neto University, Methodist and Catholic and from companies comprising: the Atlantic Bank and Millennium and Accenture. The team AMA Lobito, won this edition. It has now, the task to dispute the title of international champion, in representation of this African country.
The competition in Angola is sponsored by Atlantic Millennium Academy, Accenture, NCR and Singular International. Established in 1980 in Portugal, this competition of strategy and management aims to qualify existing and future executives, enhance their skills and develop closer relationships between the academic and business world. Focusing on developing the skills of strategy and management, enabling all participants with an overview of the functional areas of management – finance, production, marketing and human resources – and the interaction needed between them.
