The most anticipated date of the year is fast approaching, the international final of the Global Management Challenge. From April 21 to 23, the Czech Republic will host this event and expects to receive the 25 winning teams from the following countries:

Petr Budinsky, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Finance and Administration, which is responsible for organizing the competition in the Czech Republic, and now this international version, said, “the delegations will be housed in the Hotel International Prague and most initiatives such as Opening Ceremony, Semi-Final and the Friendship Dinner will take place in this hotel”. However the Grand Final will be held at the University of Finance and Administration.

For Petr Budinsky it is an honour to host this event for the first time in the Czech Republic. “It is a great opportunity for the students of our university to establish partnerships, as we will have the presence of students from other countries here in Prague”, he comments. It is also an opportunity to promote the city with delegations coming from various continents.

Prague is a beautiful city, founded in 880, old and full of history. To raise awareness of this corner of Europe, the organization is preparing a visit for the delegations to some of the most iconic places in the city. Situated on the bank of a river that runs through the capital, Prague is known as the city of a hundred domes. It is one of the oldest and most beautiful European cities, containing great architectural wealth and a rich cultural life. Great figures of world culture, such as Franz Kafka and Rainer Maria Rilke, were born in this city. In 1992 the historical centre of Prague, covering 866 hectares, was considered cultural and natural heritage of humanity by UNESCO.
